How quickly will I receive my order?

If you place an order on weekdays, it will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days via parcel post (delivery days are from Tuesday to Friday). You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link to track your order.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Free shipping in Benelux. For purchases outside Benelux, a shipping fee of €7.00 will be charged.

Can I track my order?

We like to keep you informed about when you can expect your package. Therefore, you will receive a track & trace link in your shipping confirmation email.

Within what timeframe can I return my order?

If you wish to return a product, you have a period of 14 days to do so. The products must be in their original packaging and unopened.

How can I return my order?

For Netherlands / Belgium: To do so, place the product (unopened) back in the original box, along with the delivery note that was included in the package. This allows us to identify who returned the package. Don't forget to make your own address on the box unreadable and send the package to: Distrimedia, Schoenstraat 14, B-9140 Temse.

How soon will I receive a refund after returning?

Once we have received your order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 working days.

How will I know when you have received my return?

Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
